Build: 09-27 branch build on Mac OS X-Ja

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch browser.
2. Help | About Plug-ins
3. View | Character Coding, set charset to x-jis (or euc-jp ...)

Result:
Crash

Note:
We have bug 93160 about garbled path name on Mac might related with this
problem. Seems we have difficult to handle this kind of case, in our Ja Mac OS
X build, all the Quick-Time part in "about plug-ins" are garbled - a screen shot
will be attached.

ylong: can you attach a stack trace?
Is this regression?

There is no stack track for Mac OS X, and I don't think it's a regression.

Btw, US build has the same problem as show in the screen shot that I attached
before on Mac9.1-Ja.
I cannot get a stack trace. The stack trace got corrupt.

Frank, is there any new info about this bug? If it only happens in the scenario
that Yuying described, then I'd later it. But I'm afraid that may be just one
case... Can you update the bug?
I try today with 20010921 Japanese release . I cannot reproduce such crash. mark
it work for me

This is not about Ja release. The US build still crashes.
Actually, I checked it on 10-03 US branch build / Mac OS X-Ja, it didn't crash.

Mark it as verified.
