Sabrina, the form field layout on BSD is hard to tweak around.  Let's refresh background, logo, and colours first.

I think we can keep it simple - this seems unnecessarily busy. Can we use the gray background from the new Hive site with the simple white lined triangles?

Can we create a version/template for this that we can use as a wrapper for sending emails from BSD? Wondering if there's a way to use the template you created for the "sign up for Hive updates" form.
