* Description:
  According to test Case #3349.There should be a message appears telling you that you are about to change the background picture with YES and NO option when trying to change wallpaper.But there is no.
* Precontion:
  no
* Reproduction steps:
1.Go to settings and scroll to Display.
2.Tap Wallpaper edit box.
3.Select Gallery and select a picture to set as wallpaper.Check the result.
  
* Expected result:
 There should be a message appears telling you that you are about to change the background picture with YES and NO option 
* Actual result: 
 There is confirmation message.
