  Insert headset, FMRadio playing, pull out the headset and insert,pull out the headset and insert.
  

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Insert headset.
  2. Open FMRadio app and wait screen is black(device into suspend).
  3. Pull out the headset and insert wait a while.

  

* Expected result:
  FMRadio should play automitic.

* Actual result:
  There is a short sound first and play automitic.
