[1.Description]:
MT a call when it is recording video, it still keep recording after MT a call, then stop recording, the camera can't be used. 
Attach the video:[camera.3gp]
Attach the logs: [bugreport_camera.txt & logcat_camera.txt]
Happened time: 2:20PM

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: set the "Self-Timer" as 3 seconds.
1. Launch camera and switch to record mode.
2. Tap record icon.
3. MT a call when count down ends and camera start recording.
4. End this call.


[3.Expected Result]: 
4. It should stop recording after MT a call and the camera should work normally.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. It still keep recording after MT a call, then stop recording, the camera can't be used. 
Notes: Exit camera and re-launch camera, the camera can work normally.

Does this only happen with the self-timer enabled? (e.g.: If you start recording without using the self-timer, does the recording stop correctly when the phone call comes in?)

Yes, if self-timer is not set, recording can stop correctly when the phone call comes in.
