* Description:
Establish a conference call first, then make a MO/MT call. The conference call will be hold on, but the reference devices call still hear the sound from the phone.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Insert 2 SIM cards in phone
  2. Go to call settings to enable call waiting function
  3. Establish a conference call with reference devices 
  4. Make a MT/MO call, the conference call turn to hold on status
  5. Check the reference devices

* Expected result:
  The reference devices should be prompt the call is hold on, and can’t hear any voice of the phone

* Actual result:
  The reference devices call still hear the sound from the phone.
