User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130910160258 Steps to reproduce: Even on output volume at highest, often it is difficult for user to listen the ringtone when the user is sorrounded in little traffic or some public place like shopping mall etc. I compared it Samsung Devices, the highest volume is very low. It is lower than other devices also like blackberry, nokia etc.

What device? On a Flame, the maximum volume for a ringtone is almost obnoxiously loud.
