Steps to reproduce:
Opening the overflow menu of the latest Nightly on a Nexus 5.
Actual results:
The overflow menu is vertically scrollable even though there would be enough space to show the full menu. On a Nexus 5 it's only like 10 pixels that are missing of the last entry (See screenshot).
Expected results:
Overflow menu should not be scrollable if there's enough space to show the whole menu.
