In the recent builds some of my bookmark icons show a change is present, even
after visiting the site.  The notification icon for these bookmarks is always
on, even after restarting.

I've noticed the same behavior for a couple of weeks now on several builds. Once 
the icon is activated, nothing will turn it off short of deleting and re-adding 
the bookmark. Turning off updating, making sure pages load completely, restarting 
the browser and computer, and combinations of the above all fail to work. 

Can (possibly) be recreated either by bookmarking and setting update notification 
for any regularly updated page, or by bringing already flashing bookmarks into a 
recent build.
