[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch "Settings"->tap "SIM manager"  
2. Tap "SIM security" 
3. Deselect the SIM Pin option by un-checking the SIM Pin button 
4. Enter in the wrong PIN code 3 times 
**You can see "Enter PUK code" dialog pops up.
5.Tap the input field 
**You can see the "OK"button is available

5.The "OK"button should be unavailable and display gray

This should be UX issue. It should be better if "OK" button should be greyed out before all fields are filled.
