* Description:
  It takes about 2 minutes to switch to 2G network.This is too long.Other reference phone just take about 5 seconds to 15 seconds.
  Screenshot and radio log is attached.
* Precontion:
  no
* Reproduction steps:
  1.Go to settings
  2.Scroll to and tap on Cellular & Data
  3.Tap on Network Operator
  4.Select drop down menu under Network Type
  5.Select "2G only". Check the result.
 
* Expected result:
 It should switch to 2G network in acceptable time.
* Actual result: 
 It takes too long to switch to 2G network and displays no signal.
