* Right now the permitted to create polls group (Admin, Council, Mentor) can create polls for every valid group in the portal. This should be true only for the admin group. Mentor and council users should only create polls referred to the other members of their group. * Mentor and council members should be able to edit future votes.

I agree for the "Mentor" group, however Council should be able to create votes for all groups.
