With the way the URI for the splash icon is constructed, if https is used with default port, a.port will be empty and port 80 will wrongly be used when trying to fetch the icon.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Install an hosted application that is served via https
2. Start application
Expected result:
The application icon should be visible when it is started (after it has had a chance to be downloaded).
Actual result:
No icon is shown.
