[Flame][v1.4][Settings]Numbers entered in SIM 1 PIN code input box is transefered to SIM 2 PIN code input box when selecting skip inputting SIM 1 PIN code.

* Description:
The input PIN password is not clear when skip the SIM1 PIN page
* Reproduction steps:
1. Insert 2 SIM cards in phone, and enable the PIN code
2. Power on the phone, wait the PIN code input page display
3. Input 2 characters in SIM1 PIN page, then tap the skip button
4. Go into the SIM2 PIN page, check the password input field
* Expected result:
The password input filed is null
* Actual result:
The password input in SIM1 card is display in password input filed
* Reproduction build: (Buri - Firefox OS V1.4 outside)

I can repro this bug on Flame v2.0&2.1&2.2&3.0 by the steps of Comment 0.
Actual result: The two digitals entered in SIM1 PIN code input box are transfered to SIM2 PIN code input box when selecting skip SIM1 PIN code.
