Opening this bug to track  visual changes to crop handles to implement the idea of having crop handles inside the frame that will direct the user to have their finger inside the frame rather than right at the edge.

I don't think we can get ready for this for 2.0 since the last day of the sprint is tomorrow. Should we postpone until the Gallery redesign that will be starting soon?
