Details

Once we start running on-device tests on the flame cluster being built out in MV, we'll want to report the results of correctness tests run on those devices to Treeherder.  Some of these results will be submitted per-commit, others will be less often.

We'll be reporting for a few different frameworks, so we probably want to develop a Python library that can handle the submission.
