I mistakenly wrote an html comment like:

<!-- comment --!>
  instead of
<!-- comment -->

I noticed that Navigator 4.61 (and presumably other Nav 4.x browsers) honored
that ill-formed end marker. But Apprunner does not. In Apprunner only html
before the comment start is rendered or showed in view source.

I'm not sure if this strictness is by design or considered such an edge case as
to be worth ignoring. But it is a point of incompatibility to be noted.

I'll attach a test case.
