MT a call when the  flash is turn on, the flash will not turn off.

Happened time:7:04PM

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: enable the Passcode lock.
1. Lock screen and press power to wake up device but does not unlock screen.
2. Tap camera icon.
3. Switch to video mode and turn on flash.
4. MT a call.


[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The flash should  turn off after MT a call.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The flash will not turn off.
