[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch "Settings" -> tap"Media Storage"
2.Check "USB Mass Storage Enabled"
3.Plug the device into a Windows computer.
4.Go to Windows Explorer.
5.Add several new video files to the device
6.plug out usb
7.Launch "video"
**You can see video files are viewable in Video app
8.Launch "Gellery"
**You can see added video files are not viewable in Gallery
