Change the keyboard mode in create message view, the input box is displayed as two line mode.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch message and tap create icon.
2. Tap content box and input some words.
3. Slide down status bar and change keyboard mode.
4. Press "Enter" key on IME.
5. Delete all content.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The input box should displayed as one line mode.

5. The input box  is displayed as two line mode.

If the reporter does not answer (after all, the bug was filed some months ago), I think that's a valid precondition.

I used Flame 2.2/3.0 device to verify this issue, this problem cannot be reproduced on latest build of Flame2.2/3.0 by the STR in comment 0 and the precondition in comment 6.
