1021794 - Fix and re-enable test_played.html on all platforms

test_played.html was disabled for frequent timeouts back in bug 751539. It doesn't seem to timeout anymore, but it is near permafail on !Linux with the failure shown below. I did manage to hit the failure on Linux debug occasionally as well, but nowhere near the same frequency.

Remember the seek target for later comparison instead of calculating it from the duration for duration might change during playback.
