Description:
Attempting to add Smart Collections to the homescreen without an internet connection results in an error message with the header of 'Vertical' compared to 'homescreen' on the Buri or no header on the Open_C
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140605040202
2) Proceed through the FTE and do not connect to the internet (no data / no wifi)
3) Long press on the homescreen
4) Select 'Add Smart Collections'
5) Observe the error message header

header of 'vertical'
Expected:
More relevant header: Homescreen, Smart Collections, No Internet Connection, etc...

The name of the homescreen as decided by UX is "Vertical", so this makes sense. When you have multiple homescreens listed in the settings app, this will also appear as "Vertical". I'm going to close now as wontfix due to providing this information, but if you feel strongly that this is poor branding we can follow-up with UX.
