Details
Focusing on the "http://" placeholder should display "http://" text and upon blur it should revert to the placeholder text. This makes it easier for people to type manifest URLs without forcing them to remember to enter the protocol.

This makes copying+pasting URLs harder. Because you have to clear the text first and then paste. I'm starting to think this isn't a great idea.

definitely agreed. we already add a prompt if they paste in without the protocol
