Description:
When unlocking the lockscreen using a passcode, the last digit does not appear in the text box.  User only sees 3 out of 4 black dots appear before they successfully unlock the device using the correct passcode. 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140605040202
2) Go to Settings and create a Passcode
3) Lock the screen>unlock screen>enter correct passcode
4) Observe last digit does not appear in text box as screen is unlocked


Actual:
Last digit of passcode does not appear after being entered as the screen is unlocked.


Expected:
All passcode digits appear correctly in text box when user enters them to unlock screen.
