the earliest version of code we run is firefox 24, this means any references to 17, 18, 21 can be removed (as long as we update the rest of the configs) Here is a reference to 21: http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/ffe693480330/mozilla-tests/config.py#l1512
also these tests (xperf, tp5o) are enabled by default now: http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/tip/mozilla-tests/config.py#l1523 we could remove these specific references.
