A few minor icons in secondary UI still need hidpi versions, so they don't look blurry (upscaled) on Retina displays. Instead of filing bugs on each I've just randomly grouped them here, as they should be simple to fix. If not feel free to split up or do followups.

    * Preferences (in-content): default icons in Applications
       - icon for "Always Ask"
       - icon for "Save File"
       - icon for "Use Application" (the stylized "A" icon, like OS X uses for
the system Applications folder). Note sure why sometimes we use this
generic icon, and other times we use the actual application icon (which
         is also hidpi... Bug?)
       - blue brick icons for plugins
       - blue RSS icon (in Content Type column, unlike the others)

    * URL search widget --> dropdown --> Manage Search Engines. The favicons
used here are lowdpi, but in the widget and its dropdown they are hidpi.

    * RSS in-content feed preview (eg, load http://dolske.wordpress.com/feed/)
       - main blue RSS icon
       - blue RSS Folder menuitem icons in select dropdown

    * Context menu (on an image in a web image) --> Set As Desktop Background
       - the "monitor" image should be hidpi
       - bonus points for showing the preview image hidpi too.
