1022013 - Click on "Telemetry Settings" in Experiments tab brings General options tab instead of Advanced tab

STR:
1) Install https://people.mozilla.org/~gszorc/dummy-experiment-addon.xpi to bring out Experiments tab in addons manager
2) Open Addons manager, select Experiments tab, select addon and click on "Telemetry Settings" 

Expected results:
Advanced tab is open

Actual results:
Advanced tab is selected in list of tabs, but General tab is shown in right part of window (see screenshot of German localization)

I could not reproduce in with en-US locale, so may be it's specific to localized builds.
Perhaps it's caused by Bug 1017874

I can confirm the behavior on Nightly in Italian. CCing a few folks from the bug that created the UX.

Another thing just noticed:
1. First click opens about:preferences on General tab, even if "Advanced" is selected.
2. Go back to about:addons, click again, focus returns to about:preferences but this time on the right tab+panel

Clicking on "Telemetry Settings" should go to about:preferences#privacy-reports.

The "-reports" part will filter the page to only show the telemetry-related prefs.
