Aside from the Marketplace, on AMO's DevHub landing page <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/> the "Start Making Add-ons" buttons links to an Add-on SDK page <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/builder> (which links to a Jetpack .zip). Is all of that up to date?

Yeah.  We took out all builder.amo references from there when we shut it down.  The SDK is still viable.
