[VsD Refresh] When playing music on Lockscreen and receiving a miss call, the music will stop resuming

When the user have music playing on lockscreen while recieving a miss call, the music will stop resuming and the music UI/widget will not display
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140605040202
2) Play music from the app
3) Press power button, press it again
4) Receive a miss call
Actual:
The music does not resume, and the UI disappears
Expected:
Music resumes and the UI still appears

the issue does not occur on the Flame 1.4
