The title says most of it.
1) Put a SIM in slot 2, none in slot 1
2) Start typing a phone number that provides suggestions
3) Tap the suggestion
Actual (before this was fixed):
The number is not called.
Expected:
The suggested number is called.

This issue has been verified successfully on Flame 2.0 & 2.1.
