Details

You cannot open a new file or location from file | open file or location... in
the menu.

Expected: A dialog that allows you to enter a URL or pick a file to view in
apprunner.

machines & builds:
mac os 8.5.1 build 1999072010
linux rh 5.2 build 1999072012

note: this is not a problem with win98 build 1999072010

Did not see this problem today, build 1999072108M9 for Mac and Linux.  Verifying
this fixed.
