Reproducable steps:
1. press searchbar in homescreen
The geolocation prompt and keyboard shows at first time. But the keyboard overlap the geolocation prompt.
Expect:
the geolocation prompt should be at top.

We can see the soft button is hidden when rocketbar is shown, but it's another bug. Fired in bug 1022451

This is not rushing feature so z-index mess up doesn't convince me. Please dismiss keyboard on permission screen shows.

Expected:
dismiss keyboard if the geo-location prompt is going to appear, and re-appears after the prompt has been dismissed.
