The title of tiles in new tab page lack adequate contrast when using High Contrast mode. See attached screenshot. It's possible this may be fixed by fixing bug 697836.

I actually don't see a good way to fix this separately from bug 697836, without bug 957988.

With the latest version of Nightly 91.0a1 20210625093436 win 10 with all High Contrast themes, I can't reproduce the reported problem. Adding a screenshot for referral.
