* Description:
  Accoring to test case #10262. The picture of the addressbook contact should not be overwritten after merge  a contact with same Name, Last Name , Phone Number but different picture. But it is overwritten.
* Precontion:
  There is a contact with picture saved in the phone.
* Reproduction steps:
  1.Import a contact with with same Name, Last Name , Phone Number but different picture from Outlook account.
  2.Check the picture of the contact.

* Expected result:
 The picture should not be overwritten.
* Actual result: 
  The picture is overwritten.
* Reproduction build:(Buri - Firefox OS V1.4 inside)
