On some phones the height of the main menu itself is such that not all of the menu items are completely visible.

In Deb's case, as also happens on my N4, the menu items are scrollable. The 'Help' menu, being the last visible item, appears cropped. It is not. It's just not completely visible, but you can scroll the menu to see all of it.

I don't think we should chase this bug. It is what it is. We will always be able to create this situation. Having a partially visible menu item is better than having it completely hidden.

I'm throwing down the WONTFIX. If someone has a solution they'd like to push forward, we can consider it.
