The label "When Mail launches, show the Start Page in the message area" which
can be found on the "Mail & Newsgroups" panel in the preferences does not have a
dot after it, which most other labels above textfields has. Below is a patch for
this:

Could someone check in this trivial fix?
I have noticed multiple notations here.

Robin/Jennifer,

What is the standard here..? Do we need a period/dot at the end of the statement
in the pref dialog panels..?

Edit | Preferences | Mail & Newsgroups : I have noticed inconsistencies in the
way statements (associated with checkboxes) have been ended. Can you tell us the
correct format..? Thanks.
I think the style is NOT to include periods after checkbox text labels. For
Edit|Preferences|Mail&Newsgroups, this would mean removing the period for the
checkbox label "Use Netscape Mail as the default mail application."
Jennifer - comments?
Robin is correct. For checkboxes or radio buttons with text that is one
sentence/phrase, no period. But, if the text for a checkbox or radio button is
more than one sentence/phrase, then you would use periods.

"Use <productname> Mail as the default mail application" is correct.
Takign this one. Patch is trivial. Will check it in when the tree opens for
regular business.

Changing summary to reflect the standard format.
