When creating a new playlist on YouTube and naming it, the keyboard partially covers the 'Add to' window and the window cannot be scrolled to select the available options. When rotating to landscape mode, the window is partially off the screen.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140610000223
2) Open the Browser and go to youtube.com
3) Sign into a youtube account and select a video
4) Select the '+' below the video to add it to a playlist
5) On the 'Add to' page, open the dropdown and select 'Create a new playlist'
6) Tap on the text field to bring up the keyboard
Actual:
The keyboard partially covers the 'Add to' menu page and it can't be scrolled to select the available options
Expected:
The available options can be selected even when the keyboard is visible

Issue occurs on all Flame branches and no Buri branches - not a regression
