Found testing testBookmarksPanel.

We should just steal the UITest code since that seems to work well.
Note that I was only able to reproduce this issue locally.

Specifically, the issue is in AboutHomeTest.swipeAboutHome [1]. The code here looks unreasonably complicated and will likely work as expected if it's replaced by Solo.scrollViewToSide, which is already working, as in AboutHomeComponent.swipeToPanel [2].

Note that having a device that can reproduce this issue will be helpful in attacking this bug, though I can run tests locally if not.
