User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/35.0.1916.114 Safari/537.36 OPR/22.0.1471.50 Steps to reproduce: 1.Set windows items size to medium: Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display 2. run FF with the following arguments: "-width 480 -height 640" Actual results: The window opened has wrong size. (847x618 in my case) Expected results: The window opened must have right size. (640x480)

Hi Ilya, I am unable to reproduce the issue with the following specifications: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 Are you still encountering this issue? If so, can you try updating and see if you are still encountering the issue?
