OS/2 - Some Images (of any kind) SHIFT slightly when mouse moves over them sometimes

Details
I'm running Build ID 2001091812 and I've noticed something, and wanted to
confirm if others see it too.
I've noticed that sometimes when the mouse is moved over images, they shift (by
a pixel or two) to the right or left. These are not nessecarily images that are
designed to change when the mouse moves over their either.
I think the best way to see it is to try this: Open a new browser window, so
that the Back button is grayed out, and then simply move your mouse over it.
You'll hopefully notice the image 'changes' or shifts somehow. On web pages I
notice it too, but it's a little harder.
I'm running SDD Beta 43 if that helps.

Thanks for the bug report.
This is actually due to a rounding error in nsTransform2D which is addressed in
bug:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97861
We're still trying to find the right solution.
