When I am experiencing the phone for the first time and trying to set my timezone, you can see Louisville listed twice in the list of..cities.
Honestly, it's confusing that some states have multiple cities listed like Kentucky, Louisville and that then those cities are listed alone.
I'm not sure whether this extends to other cities, so I will put qawanted.

This also occurs with
America > "Indiana/Indianapolis" & "Indianapolis"
Unable to find any other examples in any other regions.
Indiana has a bit of controversy with time zones according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_Indiana#Controversy) but I could not find any explanation for Kentucky and the time does not appear to change between the two Indianapolis choices (no change in time between the two Louisville choices either.)
