example: Bugzilla Bug 102365 Page loads blank Bugzilla Bug 99666 page is displayed as blank in certain situation bug 102365 was resolved as a dupe of bug 99666 and the Reporter of bug 102365 was CCed to bug 99666. This RFE requests that the QA of the surving bug (in this case, bug 99666) be CC'd on the bug that's being resolved (in this case, bug 102365). An alternative although probably more controversial implementation would shift the current QA contact to CC and copy the surviving QA to the QA field.

That's not something we want in the core code. If you dupe a bug, it probably belongs to the same component, in which case the QA contact is already the same.
