And disabled in slavealloc, since despite the "unreachable" thing it persists in taking jobs occasionally. Where on earth did this brand-new-today panda come from, and can we send it back there?

Its failure mode is "CRITICAL - Bad return status from http://mobile-imaging-002.p2.releng.scl1.mozilla.com/api/device/panda-0257/request/: 500!"

You sure it's disabled? It sure seems to still try taking and failing jobs.
