Details

Add cell broadcast and broadcast SMS test cases to verify UI support for this feature.

Test cases can include:
# GSM messages
# ETWS messages w and wo message body
# CMAS messages (over GSM, LTE and CDMA)
# Message ID 50 w and wo Brazil MCC/MNC special case
We don't have the hardware capacity to do this I'm afraid.
