* Description:
The wrong name of sound("更改") display under Ringer and Alerts after changing the language(e.g. English ->中文（简体）).
* Precondition:
 Default language set as English.
* Reproduction steps:
  1. Open settings app and select “sound”.
  2. Tap “Ringer” icon and select “Classic prism”, then tap “Done” icon.
  3. Back to language page and change default language to other, (e.g. English ->中文（简体）).      
  4. Return to Sound page and check the “Ringer” bar displayed ER1.
  5. Tap “Ringer” bar and check the sound list ER2.
* Expected result:
ER1.The Chinese name of “Classic prism” should be displayed in “Ringer” bar.
ER2.The “Classic prism” should be display with tick status in the “Sound” list.
* Actual result: 
ER1.The “更改” Word is displayed in “Ringer” bar.
ER2.No any sounds display with tick status in sound list.
