Tap a contact in authorized number list hen the system  language is Chinese, there is a word about edit contact item displayed as English.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: the system language is Chinese.
1. Launch settings and tap call settings.
2. Tap a SIM card and tap "Fixed dialing numbers".
3. Tap "Authorized numbers".
4. Add a contact as authorized number.
5. Tap a contact in authorized number list.


[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The "contact" should be displayed as chinese.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. There is a word about edit contact item displayed as English when the system  language is Chinese.

This issue on v1.4 (BuildID: 20140622000201） has been fixed, so change it to works for me.
