* Description:
  "Share" and "Option" icons don't display on the preview picture screen.

* Precondition:
  Lock screen is enable, and set a passcode.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Lock screen.
  2. Press power key to wake up the phone.
  3. Tap on "camera" icon
  4. Capture a picture
  5. Tap on preview box to preview the picture
  6. Observe on the top right corner of the preview picture screen

* Expected result:
  System shall display "share" and "option" icon.

* Actual result: 
  There is nothing on the top right conrner.

This is expected behaviour: being able to share while the phone is locked (and passcoded) would expose personal information. The options menu would allow you see the user's pictures and possibly delete taken ones.
