* Description: All the options are disable in message setting page after unlocking the SIM in message app.
* Precondition:
  SIM Card is inserted to SIM1/2 with PIN1 lock
* Reproduction steps:
  1. Pill down notification bar.
  2. Tap airplane icon twice to turn on and turn off
  3. Tap “Skip” icon in the SIM PIN screen.
  3. Open settings app ->"message settings", check options status ER1.
  4. Open message app and input passwords to unlock SIM PIN1, tap “OK” icon.
  5. Open settings app and select message settings, check options status ER2.
* Expected result:
ER1.The options are disable and shown grey.
ER2. The options are enable status.
* Actual result: 
ER1. The options are disable and shown grey.
ER2. The options are disable and shown grey.
