* Description:
Set SIM2 as default outgoing calls SIM card, the device is ask to choose the dial SIM card when make a MO call to a not saved contact in call log

* Reproduction steps:
1. Set SIM2 as default outgoing calls SIM card
2. Go to dialer app
3. Choose a not saved phone number in call log
4. Tap the number
5. Tap the call button in the phone number screen
6. Observe the phone screen

* Expected result:
  The phone will make an outgoing call though SIM2 successful
* Actual result:
There is a selection page display that ask to choose the dial SIM card
