Build 2001092206 and older inkl. Ns 6.x

A menu entry for "empty memory cache" and "empty disk cache" would be useful
under "Tasks/Privacy & Security". At the moment one has to go to
"Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Cache". I'm assisting people in moving to
mozilla/Ns6.x and they're never able to find that entry. People go looking for
it because their bank tells them to empty the cache after having done secure
transactions. There's also bug 64174 which does want this at about:cache, that's
good for advanced users, but not for the average user.
